- ensures products meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations throughout the manufacturing process.
- ensuring the quality and integrity of the packaging process and machinery.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Test and verify the performance of packaging machines and equipment.
- QC Instruments provides equipment for testing PET bottles and preforms, including burst testers, top load testers, and bottle thickness gauges.
- Examine products or materials, parts, subassemblies, and packaging for damage, defects, or shortages, using specification sheets, gauges, and standards charts.
- inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
- Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs.
- Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards.
- Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately.
- Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas.
- Provide training and support to QA team.
- Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines.
- Measurement and Instruments micro meter, bore gauge, Vernier caliper , check specific dimensions, threads, and other features of parts, linear dimensions like length, diameter, depth, Steel Scale, etc.
- Drawing reading.
- Report Preparation.
