This is a high-impact role for an experienced product leader who can define product strategy, own the roadmap end-to-end, and deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions that address evolving enterprise threats.
You will work at the intersection of enterprise cybersecurity, AI-driven innovation, and customer needs—shaping next-generation detection, investigation, and response capabilities for modern SOC teams. Partnering closely with engineering, threat research, AI/ML, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership, you will translate market trends and threat intelligence into differentiated products that strengthen enterprise security, accelerate customer adoption, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the EDR, XDR, and AI Security portfolio, aligning product investments with customer needs, evolving threat landscapes, and business objectives.
- Define and execute the product strategy for next-generation detection, investigation, response, and AI-powered security capabilities to strengthen the enterprise cybersecurity platform.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from customer discovery and market research to requirements, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, threat research, AI/ML, design, security operations, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality, scalable security products.
- Translate customer challenges, threat intelligence, competitive insights, and emerging security trends into differentiated product capabilities and roadmap priorities.
- Drive AI-powered innovation across the portfolio, including intelligent detection, automated investigation, security copilots, threat hunting, and agentic security workflows, while ensuring responsible and secure AI adoption.
- Define product requirements, prioritize features using customer and business impact, and ensure timely execution while balancing technical debt, platform scalability, and innovation.
- Establish product success metrics, monitor adoption, detection efficacy, operational performance, and customer outcomes, and leverage data-driven insights to guide roadmap decisions.
- Partner with GTM teams to develop product positioning, pricing, competitive differentiation, enablement, and successful product launches that accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Represent the voice of enterprise customers by engaging with CISOs, SOC analysts, security architects, partners, and analysts to validate product direction and identify emerging opportunities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, security research, executive leadership, and business stakeholders while influencing strategic decisions across the enterprise security portfolio.
- Mentor product managers, foster a culture of customer-centric innovation and execution excellence, and provide thought leadership on enterprise cybersecurity, EDR/XDR, and AI Security trends.

- Demonstrated knowledge of AI Security concepts, including LLM security, AI-powered detection and response, security copilots, agentic AI, prompt injection risks, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, security research, AI/ML, and architecture teams, translating complex technical concepts into customer-centric product capabilities.
- Excellent customer engagement skills, with experience working directly with CISOs, SOC analysts, security architects, enterprise customers, partners, and industry analysts to validate product strategy and roadmap.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with experience defining product success metrics, analysing customer adoption and usage data, and driving data-informed product decisions.
