Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver structured coaching sessions.
- Train students for inter-school, district, and national-level competitions.
- Ensure safety and proper use of sports equipment.
- Maintain discipline and encourage sportsmanship among students.
- Develop age-appropriate training modules and fitness routines.
- Identify talent and provide individualized guidance.
- Coordinate with school management for events, tournaments, and sports activities.
- Certification or professional training in the relevant sport.
- Minimum 1–3 years of coaching experience in a school or academy.
- Strong communication, discipline, and motivational skills.
