- Treat clinical patients.
- Monitors, Documents and report patient's progress.
- Work cooperatively with case coordinators and team.
- Establishes treatment plans and treats patients using a variety of methods, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain and help them increase their mobility.
- Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including medical history, range of motion, strength, and flexibility to identify limitations and diagnose problems.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, focusing on restoring mobility and alleviating pain.
- Manual Therapy: Perform joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, and manipulation to improve function and reduce pain.
- Exercise Therapy: Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to build strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility.
- Therapeutic Modalities: Use other techniques and equipment as part of the treatment plan.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote independence and manage their health at home.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making adjustments to the treatment plan as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in the ERP System and Doc's App.
