Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi and have at least 2 years of telecalling/customer calling experience. The role involves handling patient inquiries, lead follow-ups, appointment coordination, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to patient leads (30–40 calls per day).
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments.
- Respond to patient queries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Maintain and update call sheets, patient records, and lead data.
- Coordinate with clinic staff for appointment scheduling.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent patient communication.
- Manage spreadsheets and CRM/data records accurately.
- Build positive relationships with patients and provide professional support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or patient coordination.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling patient interactions and follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily calling targets.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
