This is a coffee-first role — minimal kitchen work, focused mainly on crafting great beverages and delivering a smooth customer experience.

Barista Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee & espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, americano, etc.)
- Create **aesthetic latte art (basic to intermediate preferred)
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Handle coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder) with care
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station
Cashier Responsibilities
- Handle billing & POS operations efficiently
- Manage customer orders and ensure quick service
- Maintain basic sales records
- Provide friendly and professional customer interaction
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Barista or Cafe Staff preferred
- Good knowledge of coffee brewing & milk texturing
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
