JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Field Mobilizer/Coordinator (Females Only Preferred and should be from Moradabad only)
Project: Empowering Women: Through Leadership and Democratic Rights

POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Lead grassroots engagement and community mobilization for women's empowerment initiatives
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and target communities
- Facilitate leadership development and democratic participation programs for women

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community Engagement:
- Identify and mobilize target beneficiaries from underrepresented communities
- Build relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and stakeholders
- Conduct awareness sessions on women's rights, leadership, and government schemes
Program Implementation:
- Organize and facilitate training workshops, focus group discussions, and community events
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure smooth execution of activities
- Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, attendance, and progress
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Collect field-level data and feedback from community members
- Prepare regular reports on activities, challenges, and outcomes
- Document success stories and learning opportunities
Coordination:
- Liaise between head office and field teams
- Ensure community needs are communicated to management
- Collaborate with partner organizations for extended reach
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in community development, NGO, or social work
- Strong communication skills in local language(s) and English
- Basic computer literacy

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time (till December 2026)
TRAVEL: Frequent field visits required, and you can travel independently
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
