Job Title: MBA Marketing Fresher – Sales Executive (Industrial Machinery)

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and ambitious MBA Marketing freshers who are passionate about building a career in B2B sales. This is a hardcore field sales role involving industrial machinery, laser marking, laser cutting, engraving, and automation solutions. Candidates should be willing to travel, meet clients, generate business, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
- Visit manufacturing companies, factories, and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Eligibility
- MBA in Marketing (Freshers Welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
