Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested customers until the loan application is completed.
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
