Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to generate business opportunities through outbound calling, qualify leads, and assist customers with inquiries related to EV charging and renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, businesses, and channel partners.
- Generate and qualify leads for EV charging and renewable energy solutions.
- Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build long-term customer relationships through regular engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience in EV, Solar, Electrical, Industrial Products, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
Candidates should be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate before joining.
