Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer communication professionally and provide clear information about company services and processes.
- Manage inbound customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM records, customer databases, and follow-up details accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and support operations.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Keep customer records and operational updates organized on a regular basis.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, Front Office, or Client Coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions and follow-ups daily.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
- Professional, customer-focused, and proactive approach.
