About the Role:
We are looking for confident and target-oriented Business Development Executives to generate corporate clients for our HR recruitment business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying companies that are hiring, connecting with HR managers and business owners, explaining our recruitment services, and onboarding new clients for hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach companies that are actively hiring.
- Connect with HR managers, founders, business owners, and decision makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, job portals, Google search, references, and field visits.
- Pitch recruitment and staffing services to corporate clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Collect hiring requirements from companies.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team after receiving job requirements.
- Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and client status.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings, client onboarding, and hiring closures.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Ability to speak with HR managers and business owners professionally.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, Google search, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR services will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, recruitment sales, staffing sales, HR services, SaaS sales, field sales, or client acquisition.
- Candidates from Mumbai, Thane, or Navi Mumbai preferred.
- Must be comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client visits if required.
- Should be able to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
