Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide and support prospective students throughout the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and parents, understanding their academic needs, promoting relevant programs, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, sales orientation, and the ability to build long-term relationships with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs accordingly.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing activities to drive admissions.
- Become a product and process expert to effectively explain program benefits and offerings.
- Maintain regular communication with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth admission journey.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and admission closures.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
- Prepare daily sales/admission funnel reports and track productivity metrics.
- Participate in promotional activities, counseling sessions, webinars, and events when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and institutional programs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
