Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers, resolve their queries, and build positive relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and capable of persuading clients while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Persuade prospective and existing clients by explaining products and services effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
- Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.
