We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect to lead residential projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and experience coordinating with consultants and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop residential architectural designs and concepts.
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and execution teams.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and permit requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during execution.
- Manage project quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- B.Arch degree (COA registration preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of local building rules and permit procedures.
Location: Candidates must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate before joining.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
