We are looking for an experienced Product Head to manage and grow the Ground School business, with a strong focus on sales and teaching strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales and teaching strategies for the Ground School.
- Drive student enrolment, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
- Manage sales & marketing activities and explore new growth opportunities.
- Oversee instructor selection, appointment, and coordination.
- Manage day-to-day Ground School operations and ensure quality of training.
Eligibility:
- 5+ years of experience in Ground School management, sales, teaching, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, sales, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in aviation training/education will be an advantage.
