Role Overview
The HR Executive will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and organizational development. The role requires someone who can balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across design, merchandising, sales, retail, e-commerce, operations, and corporate functions.
* Develop hiring plans aligned with business growth objectives.
* Build relationships with recruitment partners, fashion institutes, and talent networks.
Employee Lifecycle Management
* Manage onboarding, induction, confirmations, and exit processes.
* Maintain employee records and HR compliance documentation.
* Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Performance & Culture
* Implement performance management systems and goal-setting frameworks.
* Support leadership in talent reviews and succession planning.
* Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
* Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee benefits.
* Develop and update HR policies and SOPs.
Learning & Development
* Identify training needs and coordinate capability-building programs.
* Support leadership development and managerial effectiveness initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s / Masters in Human Resources or related field.
* 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in fashion, retail, consumer brands, or lifestyle sectors.
* Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
