- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of vehicles at customer locations.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, oil changes, brake repairs, battery replacement, and other general repair work.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service requests.
- Maintain service quality and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Educate customers about vehicle maintenance and recommend required services.
- Maintain service records, job updates, and customer feedback through the company app.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Follow all safety guidelines while performing doorstep services.
- Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and service updates.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhubaneswar, Orissa
