Job Title: CTE/CTO Documentation Executive
Location: Noida-68 (Pegasus Tower)
Job Type: Full-time (5 Days work-Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in CTE/CTO documentation
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented CTE/CTO Documentation Executive to manage documentation and compliance related to Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working with State Pollution Control Board requirements and environmental compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit CTE and CTO applications.
- Coordinate with State Pollution Control Board authorities.
- Collect, review, and maintain regulatory documents.
- Ensure timely renewals and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and consultants for environmental approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, licenses, and compliance reports.
- Track application status and resolve documentation queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CTE/CTO documentation or environmental compliance.
- Knowledge of Pollution Control Board regulations and online consent management systems.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with environmental clearances and statutory compliance.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
