Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced State Technical Head to oversee technical service operations for mobiles, laptops, computers, and accessories across the assigned state. The ideal candidate will lead service teams, ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence across all service locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical service operations across the assigned state.
- Supervise and support service center technicians to ensure high-quality repair standards.
- Monitor service performance, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical training and skill development programs for technicians.
- Ensure compliance with company service policies, warranty guidelines, and quality standards.
- Analyze service reports, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle technical escalations and provide effective solutions for complex service issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of smartphones, laptops, computers, and related accessories.
- Proven experience in managing service centers, technicians, and technical operations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Experience
- Minimum 10 year of Experience in mobile, laptop Service
- Certification in mobile repairing is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
