About the Role
RechargeKit Fintech Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and technically inclined Technical Support Intern to support our fintech products and client operations. This role is ideal for B.Tech students who possess basic technical knowledge and are interested in gaining hands-on experience in application support, troubleshooting, and web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot issues related to web applications, APIs, and payment services.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Assist in identifying and debugging application related issues.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug tracking and resolution.
- Verify and test fixes before deployment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Recently completed B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a fintech environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web applications.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Understanding of Git and version control concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Linux commands and server environments.
- Familiarity with browser debugging tools and troubleshooting techniques.
