**Business Development Manager — EdTech**
**About the Role**
We're looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the K–12, higher education, and/or corporate learning markets. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting school districts and institutions to closing multi-year partnerships — while helping shape our go-to-market strategy.
**What You'll Do**
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with schools, universities, districts, and learning & development teams
- Build and manage a pipeline of institutional and enterprise accounts
- Deliver compelling product demos and proposals tailored to each customer's curriculum or training needs
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with procurement, curriculum, and IT stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to relay market feedback and support client onboarding
- Represent the company at education conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
**What We're Looking For**
- 3–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or education services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Familiarity with education procurement cycles (RFPs, Title I funding, district budget timelines)
- Strong consultative selling skills — you ask before you pitch
- Excellent communicator comfortable presenting to teachers, principals, and C-suite alike
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
**Nice to Have**
- Experience selling to K–12 districts, higher ed institutions, or L&D/HR buyers
- Background as an educator or instructional designer
- Knowledge of ed-tech platforms (LMS, assessment tools, tutoring products)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
