Key Job Requirements for Hindi-Speaking Purchase Coordinators
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi is often mandatory for effective negotiation with local suppliers and vendors across North and Western India.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Sourcing raw materials and managing vendor relationships.
- Issuing purchase orders (PO) and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinating with internal teams (production, stores) for material requirements.
- Maintaining procurement records and updating inventory MIS systems.
- Able to coordinate with Finance team members
- Able to interact with clients on issues and concerns
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems (like SAP) is highly preferred.
