Job Summary
The Senior Relationship Manager – Automobile Sales is responsible for driving vehicle sales, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automobile products and services.
- Generate leads through referrals, corporate tie-ups, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, insurance, and exchange deals within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and follow up on inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through regular engagement and after-sales follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a senior customer-facing sales role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
