Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Front Office Operations:
- Welcome & Guide: Greet visitors warmly, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Call & Mail Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; manage and distribute office mail and packages.
- Schedule Management: Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments, and manage meeting room calendars.
2. Billing & Cashiering:
- Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices, receipts, and bills for services rendered.
- Payment Processing: Collect payments across multiple modes (Cash, Card, UPI) and issue receipts.
- Daily Reconciliation: Match daily cash collections and card transactions with generated invoices.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a clear, organized database of client accounts and transaction histories.
3. Customer Support & Admin:
- Query Resolution: Address basic billing and service inquiries from clients in person or over the phone.
- Data Entry: Ensure all client and financial data is entered accurately into the companys software/CRM system.
- Office Administration: Monitor and restock front office and general administrative supplies.
