A WhatsApp Sales Executive who is responsible for converting inbound leads and customer inquiries into sales exclusively via instant messaging. This includes explaining product details, sharing catalogs, processing payments, coordinating order dispatches, and following up to ensure high conversion rates.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer records, follow up on abandoned carts or previous leads, and provide post-purchase support
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication, with the ability to build rapport and sound convincing over text. Fluency in Tamil and basic English is highly valued.
Multitasking & Speed: Capacity to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously without compromising response times.
Sales Mindset: A target-driven approach with a focus on maximizing conversion rates and customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
