Job Summary
GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Procurement Executive with experience in domestic purchasing, import and export coordination, and international vendor management. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of procurement processes, overseas sourcing, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international suppliers.
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, EV components, batteries, accessories, and related products.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agent), shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade policies.
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Air Waybill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin
- Letter of Credit (LC)
- Insurance Documents
- Bill of Entry
- Shipping Bill
- Track shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
- Coordinate with finance for LC, TT payments, foreign remittances, and vendor payments.
- Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with stores, production, and planning teams.
- Monitor supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
