Job Summary
Provide Level-1 operational support for Ping Identity solutions.
Monitor PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, Ping DaVinci, Ping Risk, and PingID platforms.
Support user authentication and MFA-related incidents and service requests.
Assist with user onboarding, MFA enrollment, token resets, and authentication troubleshooting.
Monitor platform alerts and escalate issues based on defined procedures.
Support application onboarding activities under L2/L3 guidance.
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Participate in shift operations and ensure SLA adherence.
Generate operational and incident reports.
Support routine validation and health-check activities.
Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
2–4 years of IAM support experience.
Basic experience supporting Ping Identity technologies.
Good understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and MFA concepts.
Familiarity with LDAP and Active Directory.
Good incident management and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience working in a managed services environment is preferred.
