Job Description
Position: Junior Engineer – IT System & Networking
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: 0 to 2 Years
Core KPIs:
Timely resolution of hardware and networking issues
Smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, and IT systems
System uptime and network connectivity maintenance
Efficient user support and issue resolution
Accurate IT asset management and documentation
Roles & Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking-related issues
Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
Provide technical support to employees for system-related concerns
Assist in software installation, system formatting, and updates
Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and replacements
Maintain IT inventory and documentation records
Requirements:
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
Understanding of LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi setup
Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and troubleshooting
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
