Role: HR Generalist

Experience: 3-4 years (Preferably in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency)
We're looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Generalist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll manage the core HR functions that keep Clevertize running smoothly - from employee engagement and performance management to HR operations and culture building.
You'll be the go-to person for all things people - ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and aligned with our creative vision.
1. Employee Lifecycle Management

Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate probation confirmations, appraisals, and transfers.
2. HR Operations & Compliance

Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)

Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs.
3. Performance Management

Support the design and execution of the performance review cycle.

Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating team performance.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, and team events.

Conduct regular feedback sessions and pulse checks to ensure employee satisfaction.

Foster an inclusive and positive work environment that reflects Clevertize's culture.
5. Recruitment Support

Collaborate with the recruitment team for hiring coordination and onboarding new hires.

Maintain hiring trackers and assist in candidate documentation.
6. Learning & Development

Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Track learning outcomes and support continuous growth initiatives.

3-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an advertising agency

Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
