Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards. The candidate will assist in patient assessment, treatment, monitoring, and recovery while maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health conditions and record medical histories.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to physicians or senior nursing staff.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
- Ensure infection control protocols and safety standards are followed.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of clinical experience are eligible to apply.
- Basic knowledge of patient care procedures and medical terminology.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
