Role Summary:
A CCTV Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing surveillance and security systems to ensure proper monitoring and safety of premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment
- Perform site surveys, cabling, and system setup
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV and security systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
- Provide technical support and training to clients/users
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
