Full job description
· Accompany Directors to all meetings, site visits, and official events, ensuring proper scheduling and timely arrival.
· Record minutes of meetings, prepare detailed notes/action points, and circulate them to relevant members.
· Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external authorities to follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
· Deploy assigned work to respective team members and monitor progress to meet project targets.
· Maintain Directors’ daily calendar, appointments and travel arrangements etc.
· Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and project documentation as required.
· Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain proper filing systems for documents and correspondence.
· Act as a liaison between Directors and other parties to ensure smooth communication flow.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
· 4–7 years of relevant experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Soft Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
· Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Good documentation, report drafting and presentation preparation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
