Role Overview
As a Field Marketing & Sales Executive, you will be our primary "boots on the ground." Your goal is to visit educational institutions, coaching centers, and individual households to pitch EduTalks' products. This role requires high physical stamina, a persuasive personality, and a passion for the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Mapping: Identify and scout high-potential areas, schools, and educational hubs within your assigned zone.
- Direct Outreach: Conduct door-to-door or institution-to-institution visits to generate leads and awareness for our EdTech platform.
- Product Demos: Effectively demonstrate the EduTalks app/platform to parents, students, and educators, highlighting our unique "dialogue-based" learning.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and lead generation KPIs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for client queries and provide excellent post-sales support to ensure high student retention.
- Market Intelligence: Provide daily field reports to the management team regarding local trends and competitor activities.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Business or Marketing preferred).
- Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license (Mandatory).
- Resilience: Ability to work entirely on the field, travel long distances, and handle outdoor weather conditions.
- Communication: Fluent in the local language and basic English; ability to convince and close deals with authority.
- Personality: High energy, confident body language, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Experience: 0–2 years in field sales (experience in EdTech or insurance is a major plus).
