- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through rigorous review and testing processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
