RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Work on detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models and support, mentor and train other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
➢ Need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for BIM documentation and drafting work in a given project.
➢ Responsible for technical correctness, project standard compliance and timely delivery of the drawings and documents.
➢ Exercises self-discipline and work ethics
➢ Respect and follow company policies and procedures
➢ Liaise with Architecture, MEP and other disciplines
➢ Familiar with Programs: REVIT Archi and REVIT MEP for coordination of models, Navisworks for checking of models
- Has in depth knowledge of building structural elements.
- BIM Knowledge as per best-industry practice, hands-on experience in 3D modelling and scheduling, multi-D coordination and documentation, BIM setup for a project and execution and monitoring.
