Responsibilities:
- Negotiate deals and close property transactions effectively.
- Maintain relationships with developers, property owners, and clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competition.
- Prepare documentation such as sales agreements, contracts, and reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
Experience: 6 months – 8years (Real Estate preferred)
- Proven experience as a real estate sales role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
