Job Summary
The Tender Cordinator will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process from identifying suitable tenders to bid submission, documentation, follow-up, and post-tender activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of GeM, Government e-Procurement Portals, E-Tendering, technical & commercial documentation, and tender compliance.
Key Responsibilities
o Search and identify relevant government, PSU, corporate and private tenders.
o Monitor GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals and other tender websites.
o Analyse tender eligibility, scope of work, estimated value and important dates.
o Prepare tender-related documents, forms, declarations, affidavits and undertakings.
o Maintain proper records of tender documents and submissions.
o Prepare Tender Compliance Sheets / Checklists.
o Upload documents accurately on GeM and other e-tender portals.
o Ensure submission before the prescribed deadline.
o Monitor tender status, technical evaluation and financial evaluation.
o Respond to clarification requests and tender-related communications.
o Maintain tender database, bid status, submission dates and results.
o Maintain records of successful and unsuccessful tenders.
o Prepare MIS reports for management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal & E-Tendering
- Knowledge of government tender procedures
- MS Excel, Word and PDF handling, online documentation work
- Tender compliance and eligibility analysis
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: Any Graduate
Experience
1 years of experience in Tender Management, E-Tendering, GeM, Procurement or Business Development. Fresher also Apply
