Full Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing Aaurum international education & immigration consultancy in Chandigarh, Punjab. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you. Freshers are encouraged to apply, and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and answer inbound inquiries.
- Explain our immigration and visa services in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with potential clients and schedule appointments for counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure smooth client handling.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
