Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day administrative, operational, and data management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases accurately.
- Perform data entry and update information in ERP and internal systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and spreadsheets using MS Excel.
- Support accounting and finance teams with documentation and record maintenance.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other operational documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data verification and process support.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of administrative and financial records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP Software.
- Understanding of accounting concepts and documentation.
- Qualification : Graduate
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
