Role: Business Development Manager
Reporting to: Head – Interior & Architectural Solutions
Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager shall be responsible for developing market demand for Treet's premium value-added wood products including flooring, decking, cladding, ceilings, doors, windows, wardrobes, stair treads and engineered wood interior solutions. The role will focus on architect engagement, project identification, specification selling and conversion of premium residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Job Description:
Market Development
- Develop and expand market presence for Treet's premium wood solutions.
- Identify and generate opportunities in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial and institutional projects.
- Build relationships with key architects, interior designers, consultants, builders and developers.
- Promote Treet products as specified materials during project planning stages.
Architect & Influencer Engagement
- Conduct product presentations, design consultations and specification meetings with architects and designers.
- Organize architect meets, product showcases and technical workshops.
- Develop a strong network of design influencers and premium project stakeholders.
- Ensure inclusion of Treet products in project specifications and BOQs.
Project Acquisition & Sales
- Track premium projects from concept stage through completion.
- Generate enquiries and coordinate with the Project Consultant and estimation team for proposals and quotations.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers and project stakeholders.
- Drive project conversion and revenue growth.
Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with architects, developers, contractors and high-value customers.
- Gather market intelligence regarding trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product development and market requirements.
Business Planning & Reporting
- Prepare monthly business development plans and project pipelines.
- Maintain CRM records and project tracking reports.
- Achieve revenue, specification and project conversion targets.
Skill and Competence Requirement:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Management or related field.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in premium building materials, luxury interiors, architectural products, modular furniture, wood products, doors/windows, flooring, façade materials or related industries.
- Proven experience in architect engagement and project sales.
Technical & Commercial Skills
- Strong understanding of premium residential and luxury construction markets.
- Knowledge of architectural specifications and project sales processes.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
