- Execute installation, commissioning, and configuration of weighing and packaging systems at customer locations
- Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts for accurate setup
- Conduct trial runs, calibration, and performance testing to ensure machines meet operational standards
- Ensure proper handover with complete system demonstration and documentation
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines
- Diagnose faults in electrical panels, sensors, load cells, PLCs, and mechanical components
- Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
- Maintain optimal machine performance and minimize downtime through timely intervention Customer Support & Training
- Provide prompt on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Train operators and maintenance staff on machine handling, safety, and basic troubleshooting
- Build strong customer relationships through professional service and communication
- Ensure quick response and closure of service requests as per SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Prepare detailed service reports, installation reports, and maintenance logs
