Job Summary
We are looking for a strong AI-Driven QA Automation Engineer / SDET with 5+ years of experience in test automation and hands-on expertise in Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, Appium, WebdriverIO, API automation, Salesforce testing, and AI-assisted testing tools.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building scalable automation frameworks and should be interested in applying AI technologies to modern software testing and quality engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
- Develop automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Perform mobile automation testing using Appium and WebdriverIO for Android and iOS.
- Develop and execute API automation for REST/SOAP services.
- Validate Salesforce applications, integrations, workflows, and business processes.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform performance and load testing using K6.
- Analyze automation failures and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to automation framework improvements and QA best practices.
- Mentor team members and promote automation-first quality engineering practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
- Experience with Appium and WebdriverIO.
- Strong API testing and automation experience – REST/SOAP.
- Experience with Salesforce testing, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Good knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Apex testing and integration testing.
- Experience with K6 or other performance testing tools.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development practices.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
AI / Emerging Technology Skills
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with AI-assisted test automation.
- Understanding of AI-based test case generation and test maintenance.
- Knowledge of AI applications in defect prediction and quality engineering.
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies.
