Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group career counseling sessions.
- Administer and interpret career assessments (e.g., Myers-Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory, O*NET).
- Guide clients in creating effective resumes and cover letters.
- Coach individuals on interview techniques through mock interviews.
- Provide information on education, training programs, and job market trends.
- Refer clients to community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and progress.
- Organize career workshops, job fairs, and networking events.
- Stay updated on career development theories and industry practices.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
