Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage construction materials, labor, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on site.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
