Execute production plans in coordination with the planning team to meet daily and monthly targets.
Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
Ensure availability and proper utilization of raw materials and consumables.
Supervise shop floor activities and manage manpower effectively.
Identify, report, and escalate production-related issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain 5S and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection rates.
Maintain proper documentation of production data, processes, and reports.
Ensure timely completion of production to support on-time product delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in plant operations.
Handle day-to-day operational challenges and coordinate with cross-functional teams
