About the Role: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for office interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations for office interior projects.
- Work closely with interior designers and architects to translate concept drawings, mood boards, and sketches into realistic 3D visualizations.
- Develop 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent tools.
- Ensure accuracy in scale, color, detailing, and material application to reflect the design intent and meet client expectations.
- Present visuals in a clear, appealing, and professional manner for client presentations.
- Collaborate with the project team to make design modifications and adjustments as needed.
- Maintain proper file organization and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or in an interior design environment.
- Proficiency in:
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray/Corona
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop(Knowledge of Lumion / Enscape / Unreal Engine will be an added advantage.)
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and detailing.
- Good knowledge of office layouts, ergonomics, and corporate/educational/retail interior elements.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
