Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Manage raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and consumable inventory levels to support continuous production schedules.
- Supply Chain & Purchasing: Create purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate terms for the procurement of necessary manufacturing supplies.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Oversee the packaging, warehousing, and dispatch of finished goods to meet delivery timelines and client requirements.
- Audits & Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock audits, physical verifications, and reconcile discrepancies in inventory management systems to minimize shrinkage and waste.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict health, environmental, and safety protocols (e.g., OSHA or local equivalents), ensuring safe handling of heavy machinery and hazardous materials.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff and forklift operators to maximize operational efficiency and maintain labor standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
