Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic.

Work extensively on the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform for data warehousing and analytics solutions.

Support ITSM incident management processes by handling P1/P2/P3/P4 production support tickets.

Communicate effectively with business partners to understand issues, provide impact analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with multiple support and technical teams for issue investigation and resolution.

Perform end-to-end Change Request Management activities including requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment support.

Conduct manual unit testing and integration testing for new enhancements and functionalities.

Ensure compliance with governance and audit standards including SOX compliance requirements.

Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality data integration and reporting solutions.

5-10 years of experience in Data Integration and Data Warehousing projects.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud Database Platform.

Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures.

Good understanding of Data Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts.

Experience supporting production environments and handling incident management processes.

Knowledge of Change Request Management and Agile delivery methodologies.

Exposure to integration tools such as SnapLogic, IBM DataStage, SSIS, or Talend is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or related technical discipline.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
