Key Responsibilities
- Recording and maintaining day-to-day financial transactions.
- Assisting in the preparation of invoices, payment records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Supporting bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Tracking project-wise expenses, revenues, receivables, and outstanding payments.
- Organising financial records, agreements, purchase orders, work orders, and statutory documents.
- Coordinating with internal departments, vendors, customers, banks, and consultants for financial documentation.
- Undertaking other finance and accounts-related assignments as directed by the management.
Eligibility and Qualifications
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or a related discipline.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, GST, and TDS.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, data sorting, and reconciliation.
· Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or any other accounting software will be an advantage.
