We are a fast-growing premium Paying Guest (PG) and co-living brand focused on creating well-managed, aesthetic, and comfortable living spaces for working professionals. We operate multiple properties and are expanding into new verticals like property consulting and brokerage.
Role Overview
This is not a typical desk job.
You will work directly with the Founder to run and scale the business operations across multiple PG properties. The role requires someone who is street-smart, execution-focused, and highly reliable.
You will act as the right hand to the Founder — ensuring everything runs smoothly on-ground and behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Founder Support & Execution
Manage daily schedule, meetings, and priorities
Handle calls, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups
Ensure tasks assigned by the Founder are executed on time
2. PG Operations Management
Monitor day-to-day operations across all PG properties
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall experience
Coordinate with housekeeping, caretakers, and vendors
Visit properties regularly for quality checks
3. Sales & Listings Management
Oversee property listings on platforms (MagicBricks, 99acres, NoBroker, etc.)
Coordinate photos, videos, and walkthrough content
Track leads, inquiries, and conversions
4. CRM & Data Tracking
Maintain proper records of tenants, bookings, and payments
Ensure all leads are tracked and followed up
Generate simple daily/weekly reports
5. Team Coordination & Hiring
Assist in hiring and training staff (caretakers, cleaners, etc.)
Ensure discipline and standard processes across properties
6. New Business Expansion
Support launch of property consulting / brokerage vertical
Assist in onboarding new properties
Conduct basic market research
7. Admin & Finance Coordination
Track expenses, vendor payments, and basic documentation
Coordinate with accountant when required

Basic understanding of real estate / PG business is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and locations
